Excellent help from Mohammed in the call centre

I was searching for some information about a structural insurance claim on my house and Mohammed in the Standard Bank Insurance call centre was exceptionally helpful in trying to find the information for me. When he had exhausted all possible options at his disposal, he passed me onto another member of staff in another department who was able to point me in the right direction. Excellent service all around and I really appreciate his patience in trying all possible solutions to help me. What a pleasure!
