Everything about Standard banks is bad news

<p>Made purchase on the 17th of December debit card declined due to insufficient funds whilst there was money in my account, withdrew cash I got the money. After such humiliation that I got at the till point Standard bank still charged me for insufficient funds charges, was told at Cosmo City standard bank that will take about 5 days to reverse the charges. Just purchased some few stuff now I'm getting the same problem I can't purchase but there's money had to withdraw cash again. No one can tolerate this more especially at this time of the, std bank has to do something about this, its backwards in everything now we experiencing this kind of inconvenience that is so uncalled for. Just get whoever who is dealing with your systems to get this fixed, I cannot tolerate this, will drive long distance shortly does std bank want me to run around with cash in my wallet because of its stupidity system? Secondly I received sms that I should collect my cr card from std bank Cosmo City branch which is due for renewal when I got there there's no credit card, why was I sent sms to collect the card if there's no card in the first place? Standard bank is just nonsense bank </p>
