empty promises in an emergency

<p>A drunk driver drove into my wall at 2am damaging my property and bursting my water pipe i called for assistance and was told to call during office hours which i did i spoke to numours agents that told me they will allocate to a plumber and contractors for a temporary fix which i agreed as i have no security and no water. .i got an sms to say a contractors was appointed i called them and they said tbey have no one available i then had to call std bank as my property was exposed only to find out that 2 claims was registered so everyone was confused and i was promised a call 3 hours ago for confirmation i spoke to fersility and Gordon made 6 calls in total for feedback and still nothing. . If my place gets broken into who is going to fit the bill?? Empty promises when its an emergency this is not on.. standard bank is the worse even the tow truck driver said i will have a hard time with standard bank and he was so right</p>
