Empty promises

It's been over a month since people from standard Bank insurance promised to look into my situation and still nothing. I am still paying two life insurances, including theirs which has no benefit to me. They don't care about their customers as long they are making money. It's almost a year of paying for something I didn't sign up for. This is pure money making opportunity which is sucking us struggling people off. How do I invest in property then still have people benefiting from my struggles.
