Empty promises

I am deeply disappointed with the service from the claims handler. Just because they are not able to find a similar item for replacement they quote you on inferior brands to save money. The replacement item is not even close to the price I paid. So sad and frustrated that I have to wait now even longer since they are trying to pay less for my tv.
