My husband past away in 2011 we had a credit life with standard Bank were it paid and applicant forms were fill up and process without my signature... And then the house was paid for 73000 for a bond of 99000 and we paid for 15years.. As long as the house was paid... But it didn't add up then decide to ask for a statement from 1995 were we started the bond till the bond was payed up... What I saw is credit life was busy debiting amount of money including their monthly premium every year in December only.. Eg 1995.12.05 2550 next year December 3000 and yer after 3500 so on... Amount is close to 50000...then called to inquire about it... Instead they are being rude... No respond till today... Instead there is a person called blossoms or Lee telling me that in future I must take my correspondence to ombudsman..... When I called I have been told there is no inquiry about such matter... What do we call this ***** or? Must I take legal action....
