Efficient insurance consultant

I would just like to compliment the insurance consultant Lizal Hudson who was so efficient and resolved my request for a claims history (which took more than a week!). I was very frustrated with the slow response from Standard Bank insurance but after speaking to Lizal, the matter was resolved within 2 hours. She stuck to her word and even phoned me to ensure that I received the documents I required. I am impressed with the service received from Lizal and will continue to use Standard Bank Insurance.
