Called Standard Bank Insurance Brokers on 3 September placing on record damage to vehicle. Was assisted by Phumi Ngcombela telephonically. On 7 September she requested photos of the damage. These were provided on the same day. On 9 September Phumi emailed to inform that claim was approved and I will be contacted by the repairer. Efficient and friendly service delivered by Phumi.
