Earthquake Insurance claim

<p>Hellopeter i havel lodged a complained with you 3 weeks ago and no one contact me on this matter it is a insurance claim that was lodge in August2014 claim number HLB ********** 77 and ombudsman referance no is N144/14JMy son buy this house for me and his mother but we said this place should stay on his name if something happen to us, his name is Willem Jacobus Nortje so I just want to know if you can help me with this claim. All the things that i wrote to you i got prove to back it up . [1] August2014 an earthquake hit Klerksdorp ,Stilfontein,Orkney and this places was declair a disaster aera [2]Claim was logde at Standerd bank .[3]A building contractor was send to investigate from standerd bank and he said to me the foundation is cracked and the house had to be rebuild [4] Then they send a engineer he was more interested in other things than the house.He said it was not the earthquake but the soil that damage the house according to him it is clay ground i told him here is no clay ground but he stay to it with out do any ground inspection ore take soil samples,[5 ]I contacted Stratalab Klerksdorp and they took samples and Metolab Pretoria done the analysing of the ground samples it is not clay ground but non active ground.[6]When this was given to the ombutsman the engineer stated that Stratalab and Metrolab have not the knolwledge to take samples or analyse it they can only do roads works and then he said the earthquake could have damage the house [7]Two other engineers have come to investigate the house and they read what Standerd bank engineer said there coments is he is not a engineer or he dont know what he is talking but this house is unsafe to stay in .[8]I have told Standerd bank and the ombutsman more than three times to take the R24500-00 and come and repair this house that money is not enough to repair the roof.[9]The ombutsman said he is staying to what Standerd bank said here is only minor cracks and the kitchen flour had a crack so the money is enough to fix this house.[10] It just show you what sort off people you had to deal with and you can give them all the proof there is that they requested that they are wrong but they stay to there story that do not hoid water.[11]This roof can colapse if i had not secure it but it is not a guarantee that it will not. </p>
