Earthquake Insurance claim

<p>Hellopeter this is the 3rd time that i complain about service you get from Standerd bank insurance or is there another name that they use to do there insurance claims. The claim is HLB ********** 77 and the ref.no. isN144/14J that time they said it were not the earthquake that damage this house but clay ground when we prove that here is no clay ground they turn around and said on a email report STRATA LAB and METROLAB are not qualified to take any ground samples or analyses it only ground where a road is being built they can do.A very interesting report is here is only minor cracks outside and a crack in the kitchen flour,they do not whant to tell the hole truth because a crack from 5mm to25mm in the walls and foundation they do not whant to talk about or is that all so a minor crack .IS that why they make promises to contact you to give feed back or to investigate a matter and never come back to a persone that has a complaint.
