Dreadful Service

I answered an ad on facebook asking for a quote for motor. They phoned me about 2 weeks later! Anyway after giving all my particulars to the gentleman who called, I agreed to accept their quote and asked him to email me all the particulars so that we could confirm in writing. That was some time ago and nothing heard from him. Heavens help the person who has a claim through them!
