Dreadful service!
Dreadful service! This claim number 21/020248 was lodged 6 days ago for a drain running over. They sent plumbers with the wrong equipment, then didn't pitch up again. I've called, emailed to my wits end to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!
You pay for absolutely no service. They ignore you with the hope that you go away. Pathetic service. This employee in particular was of now assistance and made promises he never kept: Mtobesi

12 Mar 2021, 09:09I now have R8000 damages due to your incompetence. Due to waiting a full week for assistance on an emergency service the drain has now spilled over into my 20000 litre swimming pool which has to be drained and refilled pain-stakingly. Will Standard Bank Insurance pick up the damages they caused?
