Double debit of insurance premiers

I had cancelled my standard insurance on the 9 October 2024 and took out a lower premium with them via Hollard. I didn’t receive a feedback regarding my cancellation and new home loan premium , called in ,emailed and even called my personal banking which is a waste of time. They still took out double premiums , I wish I could just change banks due my frustration with their pathetic services rendered
