Double billed and useless service
They changed my insurance from standard insurance limited to stansure,i dont know why but now they have billed me twice! Also nobody is able to assist when u call in an emergency after hours because they cannot pickup your policy number. Pathetic service they need to reverse my money asap! You dont even deserve 1 star

10 Nov 2024, 15:42Lizal Husdon has assisted me with my complaint and I have recieved my refund. I am happy to say that she kept me well updated and if it had not been for Lizal I would of most likely of cancelled my policy by now
