Don't insure with Standard Bank Insurance

My cracking house wall claim got rejected because apparently the soil composition has detoriated over the last 6 years I've stayed in my house. Some knowledgeable experts dressed in suits came to assess my claim few weeks ago did nothing, touched nothing only looked at the wall for a few minutes then concluded that the soil under my house has deteriorated and that Standard bank should not cover the claim to fix my now falling house wall.

Apparently I should have known and monitored my soil composition over the years in fact before buying the house I should have checked with my local soil authority if the soil composition in my area is of good quality. Standard **** doing the most again.
