Don't ever get standard bank insurance. Waste of money.

More than a month ago one night my geyser pipe burst during the night. The next morning my bathroom was flooded the ceiling boards skirting, tiles, paint everything was damaged. I put in a claim at standard bank insurance. The next day they send assesors the claim went in. A week later I payed to get everything fixed myself cause it stinking badly. To date more than a month later no Status updates on the claim. I call them but get nowhere. They don't phone back almost like they want me to forget about the claim. I can't cancel them because of the morgage and that gives them the right to treat customers badly. If you can stay away from standard bank insurance
