Don't ever!!!!!!

Bought out first home last year through standard bank and everyone was great 👍 we had a problem with our pool after a horrible storm and tried to claim, they took forever to have the claim assessed and them declined it....so we fixed it ourselves and continued, this year with all the freak storms, we had another problem, so obviously it's weather related.... logged a claim on 03/01/2022, claim 22/108866, been following up since then and they say they don't even have someone to come out and assess our pool, meanwhile the pool is busy loosing water, again. Called last week Thursdays and spoke to Mandla who said the manager will call us back.... we are still waiting ✋ we have insurance with MiWay and Old Mutual South Africa and they have never let us down this bad. We are definitelyextremelydisappointed, what a waste of our money, definitelydo not recommend. Beyond pathetic, once is bad enough, but continously? Stop spending all that money on team building activities and fancy branches and fix these unprofessional people who have no work ethic to even try. GOOD SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.
