Don't Care about the client, T H I E F S in the industry. is a way to place standard bank, reached out 6 times over a month then an assessor came out, then almost another month after nothing back from insurance. that is now 2 months of crying to the company i pay i protect my stuff. crying about things they should be helping me with. What a Joke of an Insurance.

30 Sept 2025, 14:39WOW., Standard Bank at it again, I cant believe the insurance company, after 2 months of fighting back and forth, you decline my claim, the fact that i pay my insurance for my stuff to be covered. you don't cover my stuff, why do we even pay you money, the complete disregard of the consumer is disgusting, you are a company that just *****s and *****s from hard working people. you will do anything to not help out a client. I cant believe the audacity of Standard Bank Insurance. What an Embarrassment, you should be ashamed of your self, crazy thing is the only time someone actually reached out too me was when i companied on this portal, how SAD of a company to allow their clients to have to go to these lengths just to get some feedback. I am DISGUSTED that this company and companies like Standard bank insurance exist. I can guarantee that even this wont make a difference, cause WHY, cause you DONT CARE. what a JOKE.
