Don't Bother Taking Home Owners Insurance with SBSA

Their contractors are shocking, this is the second claim I've submitted in a year, the contractor came out to assess, the claim is approved and RADIO SILENCE! The contractor hasn't answered their phone in a week. The line gets dropped at the SBSA call centre - emails are unanswered......
