Does Standard Bank have a customer care office to handle admin matters?

I have been calling and following up with Standard Bank - Vehicle department (customer care) to request them to issue or send me an up-to-date payment letter over a week but to this day nothing has been sent to me. It's amazing how they are quick to call you every single day from 7am in the morning, followed by a text and an email to remind your of the arrears but when you ask them for the same efficiency - no one is available. I have been sent from pillar to post and I get the same response: "Admin office is generating the letter". I am so frustrated with their service. If anyone knows their walk in office that deals with vehicles, please help me. I am willing to drive there to get assistance.
