Does Anyone Work In This Call Centre Anymore?
I have been trying to talk someone at the standard bank home insurance call centre for 2 weeks without any success for a burst geyers and damages done to my ceiling by the company that repaired it. Do people actually work here? It us absolutely shocking how terrible the service is and there are several complaints highlighting the same thing.

First standard bank sends out a plumber that damages my ceiling, then they send out the most ********* company by the name of Kenglo Holdings who sc**** all of the Rhino lite off my ceiling then leave without coming back after wanting to install a Grey trapdoor on my white ceiling. The owner Kennedy MPHULUPHEDZENI then LIES, and says that his staff didn't sc**** the rhinolite off the ceiling when i have video footage of them doing it, and says that standard bank isn't prepared to pay!
Standard Bank keeps using *********** installers who destroy my property further, and i have no single point of contact or way to contact anyone in this call center or escalation point. I am beyond unhappy, my home has been destroyed! How do you have installers of this quality and character coming into your customers homes?? I want this resolved! I am also going to open a case of destruction to property against this installer with the police for damaging my ceiling further, lying, and then not coming back to fix it.

I would like the contact details of the executive in charge of this department and the names of everyone who has dealt with this complaint. I want to escalate this to the highest level possible!!
