***** (Dishonest and Unreliable)

<p>freakin Standard Bank Insurance provider, I made my vehicle claim two months ago and eversince then nothing has happened. they dont take my calls anymore, whenever I call them they say the person that is working on my claim is busy even after waiting for more than 20 minustes for him on the telephone line.</p> <p>So I tried to send them emails and the emails are not being rep**** to either. Worst part is that they took my car to a Auction company but they have not pay it off yet, I am the one who is still paying for the car every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>How does it work that they do not update me on the progressof my claim, they avoiding my calls and emails but yet have the car that I am paying for every month in their possesion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Annoyed</p>
