DO NOT USE STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

Cannot reach anyone at Standard Bank Insurance. Tried calling 6 times, no answer. Requested a call back, was on another call, no call thereafter. Requested a second call back, it has been 2 hours, yet i was 5th in the queue. In an emergency, you cannot reach anyone. Not sure if they don't have enough people working there or if they are just useless as a company. Terrible service when it counts!
