Do not use Standard Bank Insurance

I've never dealt with such in competent staff, after complaining for 9motnhs that their service providers installed a faulty solar geyser I had to register a formal complain and was told it would be atte fed to in December 2024.It is now March 2025 and I had to pay out of my pocket my own plumbers to get the issue sorted, your complaints department is nonchalant. Please don't use Standard Bank Insurance they don't replace broken items instead they just repair and it breaks again.
