Do not take Standard Bank Tounch Up Insurance

I took a standard bank touch up insurance when I got my car in May. on the 7th of July I sent them an email stating that I would like to cancel the insurance. They rep**** via call after three weeks. I then asked them to cance the insurance via call however till this date, I have'nt received any update on the matter. A month down the line
