Do not take insurance with Standard bank

I called standard bank insurance on 12/08/22 requesting for an assessment on my property as I feel I'm paying too much on structural insurance, I was advised that there will be an assessor with 48 hrs, called today 17/08/22 and was advised that there is no assessor logged for review of property on their system but they can log it now. Standard Bank service is pathetic . I will always recommend people to use an alternate service provider . This is my second Hellopeter complaint for Standard Bank.
