Do not insure with them, worst experience of my life!

Most pathetic claims experience. They do not care about their client and dont treat clients fairly. This is my second claim with them where the service is horrible. They just log claims do nothing with them. I logged a claim on the 24th of November and it’s the 2nd today and still waiting to be assisted. I even logged a complaint with their complaints department and the service is as horrible. No one is attending to my claim I’ve been calling them almost every day and I’m always told it needs to be approved by a manager it’s 9 days today and I’m still waiting. Do not insure with them even if Standard Bank approved your bond, they should stick to lending they have no care about their insurance. Thulisile Clementina Miso my so called claims handler, I’ve been calling her for a week with no success and leaving messages for her to call me back, till date I have not received a call or even an sms or email from her.
