Do better Standard Bank insurance

I am absolutely disgusted with the service of Standard bank. I have a home loan with standard bank which includes home insurance as well they have been debuting the premiums for the almost 2years without fail for the home insurance. Today my geyser birst and called in to claim so that the Geyer can be replaced. To my surprise I was advised that the even though the payments was debited from me the policy was never activated. They advised they will need to recover the payments from the bond and get back to me. How I'm I supposed to accept a response like that? Th3 policy was supposed to be activated from the first payment already.I'm currently sitting with a broken geyser and no hot water due to the lack of efficiency from standard bank insurance. This is unacceptable with interest rates going up I expect better service. Standard bank insurance I would like an update on my claim
