Dissatisfied Client

I logged a claim with Standard bank Insurance Brokers on the 22nd August 2020, till today I have not received my car from repairs because their repair department approved 2nd hand parts for my car, I have never heard of this now the pandlbeater cannot fix my car because they are waiting on pirated 2nd hand parts which cannot be supp**** by whatever supplier Standard bank approved. Why would I be inconvenienced by this insurer who claims they are handling my claim but all they want is to rip me off and save on costs, what about my safety Standard Bank , it’s over 45days now and still I have not received my car cause I am sure you are still waiting for a Ford Focus to be on a Accident then you get their parts. I am not happy at all, why is my time being wasted while you are trying to save on costs , you don’t care about people or is it because I am a female and I know nothing about new or used parts that’s why you are taking chances. I need this resolved asap I want my car back as I’m losing money from hiring cars
