Dissapointin Service with Standard Bank Insurance and Millenium Loodgieters.

I have logged a claim with Standard Bank Insurance(Claim no 19/040632) for building insurance, the have sent the Plumber called Millenium Loodgieters CC whom came to check the leaking pipes, after the inspection I was told the cannot before they authorisation from the bank to **** the hall because they pipes leaking are inside, after I mad the follow up with the bank to check if they authorised the ****ing of hall, only to find that Millenium Loodgieters CC gave the different report to the bank stating that pipe leaking is the waste pipe that bank don't cover, of which is lie the waste pipe is fine, I have asked the bank to sent the hall inspector to check what is leaking because the Plumbing company are not telling the truth, even today am still waiting for the inspector from the bank while my hall is being damaged by the leaking pipe ,I'm very disappointed with Standard bank Insurance and Untrusted plumbing company Millenium Loodgieters they are using.
