Dismal service -Standard Bank Insurance

I have been battling to be paid out (in full) for a storm damage claim lodged in August 2020. I have given up phoning as one goes around and around and get nowhere even if you hold for 20 minutes at a time. No one returns emails and now I have had enough. I signed a claim form to the value of R9,050 and got paid out R7,050 - fighting for the balance now. Absolutely shocking service. Would never recommend them and am certainly going to change supplier.
