Dishonest Insurance SNAKE-OIL salesmen and women
When contacting Standard bank for insurance the support staff do not disclose to customers , applying that represent the interest of Liberty insurance , Standard bank insurance brokers , and Standard Insurance Limited. So it's only becomes an issue when you need to do an amendment on policy or submit a claim!! Then the Duck , and diving- begins in earnest! No accountability among staff , no professionalism, and no pride in the brand !

07 Feb 2024, 10:13Standard bank insurance funeral policy, Standard HOC, and contents cover, no support total 5+ calls to the contact centres, with the lady saying she just taking messages, someone would call me back, holding on 45 minutes cost of call to me , and on and on the clown show goes. This is not an experience over days, or weeks _but months! Eventually, I was fed up and just canceled my products with you _Investigate all you want, it won't change my experiences with SIL , Liberty insurance,or Standard bank brokers, who ever you claim to be today!
