Dishonest insurance

I have insurance with Hollard underwritten by Standard Bank. I put through a claim, they sent Assessors’s and they said the car is a write off and is declared a code 2. I requested to buy back my vehicle, then all of a sudden Hollard says they are declaring it a code 3 and they are refusing to sell it to me. What ******* and dishonesty is this?? Such lack of integrity is shocking.

This is basically challenging the credibility of the assessors they sent, and it shows they don’t know what they are doing.

I would like to buy back my vehicle at a very low price since they informed of the damages.
