Dishonest insurance

Dishonest insurance. I unfortunately had my phone stopped working which is insured with them. Took it to be assessed. They then told me they are rejecting my claim due to the fact that it is component failure. Component failure is not a full explanation because usually the assessor would put what led or caused the component failure. When I asked for the assessment report I was told it is an internal document and they will have to ask for permission. This goes to show that there is some dishonesty there. If the assessment report is straight forward and clear why does it have to go via for it to be sent to me because as a consumer is my right to request one and be sent one. Please send me my assessment report.
