Disgustingly BAD service!!!!!

I have never had such bad service with Insurance as with Standard Bank. I would like to understand why you have to pay such a high insurance premium every month and make them rich to only be declined on each claim you put through for your building. I'm so disgusted with the terrible service and the same excuse are always given as "wear and tear". This is the same answer you always get. I'm now sick and tired of the same excuse, but they can easily take your money every month for a service they don't even provide. I think I need to be refunded because no service is given so why pay for something you not even getting.

I need answers and I need them fast because I'm fuming.
