Disgusting service...******** customers

If I could give standard bank insurance zero rating I would. This company firstly took almost two months with our claim and never bothered to contact me and my husband,we had to always run after them.They sent assessors twice to my house,the last guy did not know what he was doing. We queried his claims but this company did not care and did not bother to send someone else. We have been paying insurance for the past 9yrs,and you believe that when help is needed you will receive .Clearly we were donating money to them.
