Disgusting service from Standardbank

It is with utter disgust that I write this email on behalf of my mother who is fed up with calling in and threatening you for your attention!

We have had to wait almost a month now going into the second month where Standardbank has sent mediocre service providers to do work after a geyser burst in house.

If I am to relay the story you would seriously consider a vigorous vetting of your service providers!!!!

Now we are having the worker…. Worker of the contractor calling us on behalf of the service provider that he can’t make it on certain days. Service providers then drop of contractors unseen for hours on end!

Is it because our parents live in the township and cannot defend themselves that they need to be subjected to such puke of work??????? He even goes as far as telling us to go pick up our own paint at the hardware store!!!!

I want to raise this on all platforms of social media including telecommunications platforms of the work and service we are humbled to if this is not attentioned by the next 5 days! This includes a redo of this entire circus of job done

Myself and my mother not only having been banking with Standardbank for year but to have been mistreated as such is a slap in the face!
