Disgusting service

The worse service ever! Useless call centre that does nothing but tell you they can’t assist you. I submitted a funeral claim on the 24th September 2024 and a month later I have not received my payout. All they doing is giving me the run around with no outcome of the process of the claim. I had sent numerous emails and no one answered to my emails. The worse funeral insurance ever and service.
