Disgusting service
Non existent service from Standard bank Insurance. They don't even deserve one star. I lodged a claim over a month ago for flood damage and I have followed up on numerous occasions and have not even received a response as yet. If you call their contact number it goes unanswered for hours. This is THE MOST PATHETIC service I have ever received. Would never recommend Standard Bank Insurance to anyone.

20 May 2022, 15:04I don't have a claim number yet because no one has rep**** to my emails! You can't get through to anyone on your phone lines. My policy number is HLB***. Please let me know if there is another email address besides *** that I can use for claims.
