Disgusting service
Disgustingly useless. I am still waiting for feedback on HLB/2025/438917 which was lodged 20 October. So furious that I am moving my bond and insurance to another bank

You insurance Team is sending me incorrect sms requesting me to send photos, quotes etc. This was done by service provider already. Check on how you communicate with clients and the accuracy of it. I received several incorrect messages since the 20th October. Shocking

This regurgitated response does not sit well with me. You insurance Team is sending me incorrect sms requesting me to send photos, quotes etc. This was done by service provider already. Check on how you communicate with clients and the accuracy of it. I received several incorrect messages since the 20th October. Shocking
