DISGUSTING SERVICE AND GENERAL INCOMPETENCE

I wish I could rate them with 0 stars!!! I took up Standard Bank insurance with my Standard Bank Bond, thinking it would make things easier. OH MY, HOW WRONG I WAS!!! They grossly underinsured me and when I became aware of this I opted to cancel WITHIN THEIR COOLING OFF PERIOD. I have called, I have emailed, I have done everything short of jumping through literal HOOPS OF FIRE! 10 WEEKS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVENT CANCELLED MY INSURANCE!!! Every time you speak to a different person who decides a whole new process and fire hoops you need to navigate. I AM AT WITS END. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!!! If this is how hard they make it to cancel I DONT WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO TRY AND CLAIM!!!
