Disgusting service

The service I'm getting is disgusting at SBIB

I have funeral policies with SBIB and on the 15/04/23 I called requesting to change bank details, banking details were changed according to the consultant, month end debit orders goes off on my old account, I incurred charges due to unpaid debit orders, I called again on the 04/05/23 consultant told me someone would call me back to assist, on the 22/05/23 I called again, was told same thing a consultant would call me back, I called the complaints dept thinking I would get some sort of assistance, until today no one has contacted me, and my pay date is approaching, I am going to incur unpaid debited order charges, and I am not going to pay it. They can cancel the policy I don't care. I am taking my business else where, *********** bunch of losers.
