Disgusting service

We had a burst water pipe in the bathroom wall and reported to Std bank insurance and they had a plumber take a look and he said there is no leak , very odd the bedroom wall is soaking wet and so we reported back to Std bank . So another plumber was sent and he said there was a leak and had a crew out to repair the leak . This is now become over the top as they literally chopped the wall down to find the cold water pipe and eventually gave up and called the guy with the meter to find the pipe . Eventually they replaced the hot water pipe but left a mess of the wall . Now we sit and wait for the repairs to be finished. We are into week two and still no bathroom and get told to pay an excess to all the different people . This is a disgusting mess up by what I thought to be a reputable co , next joke please
