Disgusting Service

<p>I received my letter to state that my insurance had increased and i read through it. I do not see that the hail cover that i requested and accepted last year is on. I have been emailing two weeks now trying to phone with no luck and i am still waiting for just get a simple answer on this??? Again Standard bank wants more money but when it comes to me trying to get help i cannot....</p>
