DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!

ANOTHER TRIUMPH FOR SUB-STANDARD Bank! My geyser burst, stuffed the thermostat, they have sent out people 3 times and every time we only get told what is wrong but nothing is fixed, when called to complain, they decided to pass the buck to the manufacturer who isn’t their affiliate, but we have only EVER spoken to SUB-STANDARD bank! Clearly all they care about is that you pay them their money and interest rates, but when the problems come, they couldn’t give a hoot!
