Disgusting insurance ever

The worse insurance ever, the claim handler never even call me, the claim was approved, along the way the insurance told the contractor to stop working because they will make a cash payment to me, now I keep calling and no assistance. There was even one day where the agent swore at me on the call, I reported to their complaint department, nothing done.
