Disgusting customer service from Standard Bank

Following a claim for repairs due to a burst geyser, the contractor appointed did damage to the walls and windows, and the replaced ceiling is marked and peeling, a totally unacceptable job. Standard Bank were contacted and to date I can still not get feedback or assistance from them in order for them to rectify the works.
