disgusting customer service

i called CC yesterday to request my policy documents.

however the consultant that answered said she is only taking messages and couldn't assist.

i would have to wait for 48 hours to get feedback/call back. what nonsense is this a whole 48 hours to get policy documents.

i called Sanlam immediately after and guess what my documents where sent to me while on the phone.

if it takes 48 hours to get policy documents, how long does it take to pay out a funeral claim then????
