DISGUSTING CONSULTANT INCOMPETENCY

So disappointed. I called in the morning and they were meant to call me back nd they did not. I call again now, they call me back but the consultant Amanda with a Xhosa surname was so damn RUDE nd impatient then let’s me tell my story then cuts my call straight to the evaluation survey without assisting nd doesn’t even bother to call me back! This behaviour is utterly DISGUSTING! I need to change banks!
