disgusted service ever!

standardbank insurance is the worst of insurance guys please don't take out this insurance ever even if it comes standard with your bond. make sure you change them. can you believe I am holding on for almost an hour now on their emergency contact number ***. yesterday same thing on the normal line *** for my claim. I sent a mail last night and still no reply or response. their service provided replaced my ovens' element and now my over door is broken. I haven't used the oven yet after the replacement and now that I want to the door feels like it want to fall off. I am so disgusted with this company! Phone finally answered by Kifilwe at 10:51 on the 08/12/2022 details taken and call dropped. sies mahn!
